The Dante-MY16-AUD card is a fully compatible Yamaha Mini-YGDAI standard card that instantly Dante-enables your Yamaha console mixer, processor or power amp.  Each Dante-MY16-AUD card provides 16 bidirectional audio channels (16 channels at 48 kHz, or 8 channels  at 96 kHz) and full Dante network audio redundancy over Gigabit Ethernet. Add more cards to add more channels, and connect to other Dante-enabled audio equipment.

Dante provides both an ultra-low latency combined with scalability, so it is perfect for live sound, broadcast, and installed sound applications The Dante enabled Yamaha equipment can network with other OEM manufacturers Dante enable products to deliver unsurpassed high quality designed to meet the low latency requirements of Professional live sound while delivering the scalability required for large scaled installed sound applications.

Dante Virtual Soundcard Included
 The Dante-MY16-AUD comes specially bundled with one license of Audinate’s Dante Virtual Soundcard (DVS) software which enables a single computer to become a networked audio device. No costly professional sound card is required or needed.  Running DVS allows you to use your software programs on a PC or Mac as a source or destination for networked audio signals providing a complete audio networking solution.
