The Stanton DJC.4 DJ Controller is feature packed controller designed to work expressly with the Virtual DJ software platform.
Stanton’s DJC.4 is a comprehensive DJ Controller designed to take full advantage of the Virtual DJ software platform which comes bundled with the hardware. An elevated 4 deck version of the LE software allows you to get creative with 4 sources of audio and video and deliver an outstanding experience to the dancefloor. Dedicated backlit buttons allow for triggering of your loops samples or hot cues and the extensive effects section allows you to stamp your own sound to every set. The arbitrary syncing of tracks and key lock are available as expected with dedicated buttons and pitch faders located next to the touch sensitive platters which have adjustable settings to get the correct feel for scratching and cueing.
The Stanton DJC.4 is your audio interface for the host laptop connecting via USB. The integrated interface gives up to 4 analogue inputs including 2 stereo pairs for DVS or CD inputs and 2 Stereo outs with a balanced master out for increased sound quality. Two mic inputs are also available with controls accessible at the front of the unit for volume and tone. The mic input at the rear of the unit can also be substituted to an auxiliary in so you can plug in your iPod/mp3 player.
The DJC.4 will also act as your mixer for external cd player or digital vinyl systems making for a very versatile set up. The 2 Channel layout can swap between the audio inputs via toggle switches so you can make full use off all the inputs and hardware available to you. An adjustable and replaceable crossfader sits in the middle with volume, gain and eq control above. The entire unit is enclosed in a strong metal chassis to withstand the rigours of life on the road.
