Schecter's Hellraiser Hybrid C-1 FR S solidbody electric guitar was built for today's fast-paced playing. An EMG 57 active humbucker in the bridge and a Sustainiac in the neck allow you to conjure endless sustain with a wide tonal range. The Hellraiser Hybrid C-1 FR S's compound-radius fretboard and SLS neck make fast playing a breeze. And a Floyd Rose 1500 Series tremolo tailpiece offers smooth bends and solid tuning stability. The Hellraiser Hybrid C-1 FR S is outfitted with all the features you need to take your playing over the top.
Built with your playing in mind
One of the things we really like about Schecter is that they're devoted to giving their fans exactly the guitars they need. Based entirely on feedback from players like you, Schecter loaded the Hellraiser Hybrid C-1 FR S and the rest of the HH series with a slim SLS profile neck, a compound-radius fretboard, and an Ultra Access heel. That combined with carbon-fiber binding, a full set of glow-in-the-dark side dots, and hot-rodded electronics ensure your playing experience will be effortless and exhilarating.
Hot-rodded PAF-style tone
The Schecter Hellraiser Hybrid C-1 FR S offers a wide range of tone that can go from subtle to brutal. Like the rest of the Hellraiser Hybrid collection, the Hellraiser Hybrid C-1 FR S comes loaded with an active EMG 57 humbucking pickup at the bridge position. The pickup sports a sleek brushed black metal-works cover. And its voice is what you'd expect from an overwound vintage PAF. The slight midrange scoop, top end clarity, and warm-but-musical lows are all there. But the higher headroom helps your playing nuance show through and really drive your amp when desired.
Endless controllable sustain
The Sustainiac electronics installed in the Schecter Hellraiser Hybrid C-1 FR S offer you instant access to completely controllable unending notes. Turn the pickup on with the onboard controls, play a note, and enjoy hearing your guitar sing as long as you keep fretting the note. A 3-way toggle lets you choose from hearing your tone unaffected, a harmonic mode that sounds much like the feedback from a cranked amplifier, and a mix of the two. This is especially helpful if you perform through in-ears without the interaction of a loud amplifier onstage.
