Spring reverb has a unique character, with impressive sonic depth and vibrance. If you've played with a real spring reverb unit, you know that it's difficult to find digital emulations that come close to the real thing. And that's why Moog packed a real analog spring reverb into the Grandmother. It sounds fantastic and offers creative potential never before found on a Moog synthesizer.
All the connectivity
Right out of the box, the Moog Grandmother is ready to play, no patching necessary. For your Eurorack rig, Mother-32, DFAM, or other modular synthesizers, you've got a total of 41 patch points including 21 inputs, 16 outputs, and a 4-jack passive mult. You've got DIN MIDI in, out, and thru ports, plus USB MIDI for computer connectivity. Basically, you're ready to integrate with any modern production workflow.
