An envelope filter is a fancy name for a dynamic auto wah controlled by pick attack. The Mooer Envelope is Mooer's first all analog version of this effect, featuring silky smooth warm touch feel due to the analog circuits.
Designed for guitar and bass, the sensitivity and tone controls can be manipulated to allow 'Envelope' to work well with all manner of electric instruments. You can even roll the sensitivity back to 0 and use it as a static frequency filter like a cocked wah wah pedal. The Q control goes from a tightly focused frequency with a high peak, full of quack and bite, all the way back to a super subtle swell with a wide frequency range for the softest wah sound you can possibly imagine. The Decay control let's you set the closing response of the filter to be short and snappy for all your funk licks and riffs to a slow, trippy, almost phaser effect.
